1. Payment Terms
 
All trip reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is due by the deadline listed for your specific tour. Payments can be made in installments via our approved payment schedule.

2. Cancellation Policy
 
Because our trips are custom-curated and space is limited, cancellations impact our ability to fill the trip. Please review carefully:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding deposit and any unrecoverable third-party costs.

• Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip are non-refundable.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 14 days) will result in full forfeiture of all funds paid.

• We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
   

3. Refund Policy
 
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. No cash refunds.

4. Trip Transfers
 
You may transfer your reservation to another person up to 30 days before departure if they meet all travel requirements and submit required documentation. A $100 administrative transfer fee will apply.

5. Tour Modifications or Cancellations by FreeTHEM Tours
 
FreeTHEM Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to safety concerns, low enrollment, political unrest, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

• Travelers will be offered a full credit for a future trip (valid for 18 months), or

• A partial refund (less any non-recoverable costs) may be issued.
   

6. Force Majeure Clause
 
FreeTHEM Tours is not liable for trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, health crises, or natural disasters. In such events, refunds may not be guaranteed.

7. Travel Insurance Required
 
We require purchasing travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, delay/interruption, and baggage protection. We do not provide refunds for any of these circumstances.

8. Health & Safety Waiver
 
Participation in FreeTHEM Tours trips is voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge that international travel carries inherent risks and agree to hold FreeTHEM Tours harmless for any loss, illness, injury, or changes to your travel plans.

9. Documentation Requirements
 
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (with 6+ months before expiration), necessary visas, and required vaccinations before travel. Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for a refund.

10. Behavior Expectations
 
We expect all travelers to honor our values of respect, cultural humility, and safety. FreeTHEM Tours reserves the right to remove a traveler from a trip without refund due to disruptive, dangerous, or unethical behavior.

• Other non-included items would include souvenir shopping and personal phone calls.
